The VII-XI, commonly referred to as the 711 Law Group was founded by principal attorney India Rios. India is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the DePaul University College of Law. As a student at DePaul, India developed her legal acumen in the classroom and her business acumen through her various experiences as an entrepreneur.

As a veteran, the United States Navy laid the foundation for India's work ethic and her meticulous attention to detail.
